Operation: PiggyBoy

We're outfitting a band of the future with some future.

This is PiggyBoy's helmet parts.

We used a 3ds Sense scanner to capture scale data of the artists head and then they in turn designed and scaled these helmets based off those scans to create wearable cosplay.

One of the supports fell over... so we did what any good printer would day.. wait until it absolutely mattered then bridge it was some blue tape....tada instant support.

We have a left ear as well... no notch.
We have a snout still to print... and the back helmet portion which is a staggering 40 hour print!
