Hey everybody! If you’ve not yet heard the news, we launched a new filament today called ProMatte. I highly encourage you to learn more on our store, blog, and, if you’re interested, press release. ProMatte is a spectacular material and I hope you all get a chance to work with it.

We would love to see some of the beautiful things that you create using ProMatte, and so to facilitate this, we have a few sample packs that we’re putting up for grabs! That’s right: you can get some of the newest filament from Type A for FREE!

The first 15 people to PM me with their shipping information, preferred color (Ivory White Matte or Black Matte) and an idea of what they would like to print will get a sample pack! When your item is printed, please post pictures to the forum!

The sample is 20 meters long and weighs 45 grams. Have some more beauty shots below:

I have a Series 1 machine without a heated bed. Can I make large prints with this material without warping?
