Got tired of working in the dark so I added led strips to light up the build table.

Awesome! Are those 12v strips? Can you post a picture of where you hooked up to for power? I've got some strips laying around and that would be a great mod but I'm not sure where to wire into.

Yes, those are 12v strips. The power supply only has 24v taps so I wired the strips in series directly to the p/s. I might add an on/off switch for the lights at a later date.

You could also get a strip of diffuser and put it over the leds. Might look super awesome! (Not to say this isn't already!)

This especially makes sense for the Pro. It has a built-in camera, but no bed lighting. So, when the lights are off in the room, I can't see what's printing when viewing from my iPad.
