Hotend Temps down.. printer don't care

Really wondering what this is about. Mid print.. hotend just temps down. Printer goes on like nothing is wrong until it reaches the mintemp warning. Not before the pinchwheel shreds the material all inside the gear and hotend first though. Trouble ticket already submitted... 2nd time for same proble...

After running fakerbots for a week... literally IN LOVE with their start purge process. It just starts front right.. starts purging while traveling left. By the time it hits the far left side it's done and goes to work. Literally hit print and walk away 10 times now... never caring how long it took ...
