How is registration adjusted?

How can the registration be adjusted so a large print is located on the glass? My machine prints with an X offset to the right. The current part is 11.25" wide, 0.700" offset on the left and the right side is on the edge of the glass.

Large prints

How does Series 1 create a large print like the ones shown in the advertisements, especially the multimachine factory setup? How do you change the spool of material to complete a large print and how do you know when to change it? Have you printed anything near the limits of the machine with a high p...

Re: How is infill selected?

This software should have been designed so that the percent fill could be selected OR the infill spacing, not the infill spacing only; the way it is now is ten steps backward from the way it was. Am I the only one who liked entering the percent fill? Was it too easy and fast? Instead of fixing somet...

Re: Pause and reload filament for Series 1

Unfortunately, the easy part is adding a sensor to tell the machine there is no more filament. When will a software upgrade be available to correct this problem?

Pause and reload filament for Series 1

I want to add a switch so that when the filament runs out, the printer will pause and allow the printhead to be jogged away from the print. New filament can then be loaded into the print head and the print resumed so that the printhead goes back to the location where it was paused. What does the pau...

How is infill selected?

I loaded the new version that eliminated percent infill so how is that done and what does 2d and 3d mean?

Re: Heated bed connector

I doubt you will ever have to buy a heated bed from Series 1, what you have now should last a long time and there's no guarantee they won't change the design in the future. I used two connectors to separate the low and high voltage wires but these connectors can be ordered with four pins if only one...

STL import scale too large

For some reason the imported STL files are way too large, they won't fit the screen. When I check the dimensions in CAD they are accurate, 0.78" x 0.6" x .35". This problem just started and it isn't an inch to MM scale change, it's much larger than that. Any ideas what's causing this?
